Perry Waggoner founded Waggoner Custom Homes to meet the growing demand for custom homes in East Texas. After only a handful of completed homes, he gained a reputation as a fair and conscientious builder. Today he is a member of the East Texas Builders Association and his homes regularly are known as some of the finest in the area.
